Methods Structure

The building frame has not materially advanced in more than 40 years. Notably, most structural frames utilize some form of concrete, a laborintensive and environmentally challenged material. The cost of structural frames now exceeds $30 per sf on a regular basis and is approaching $40 per sf in some cases. Without a new approach, the labor dependent process of placing concrete means the price of structures will only continue to increase. The intent of the project is to develop a new panelized deck system, leveraging a prefabricated approach utilizing steel for vertical structure.
